Return and Refund Policy

At ApexMind, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only for items that arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different from the product description.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- used items
- items damaged by misuse
- change of mind purchases
- products returned without prior contact

Refunds
If your return request is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take several business days to appear depending on your payment provider.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
